How do I put transactions onto my Neutron Card Statement?
Work smarter with Neutron; simply use your Neutron Card for all work expenses in-store or online, we’ll track all your work purchases in real-time on our app. Funds are automatically deducted from your linked account a few days later
Can you email me after every transaction?
You will automatically receive an email after each transaction on your Neutron Card. However, you also have the option to turn these emails into a single daily email. This will summarise all your transactions on your card in the past 24 hours.
You can select this feature via our partner on the Currensea app. Please follow the steps below to do so:
1. Log in to your Neutron account via the Currensea App using your email address and password
2. Select ‘account’ and then select ‘settings’
3. Use the toggle to select ‘individual’ or ‘daily’ transaction emails
Will I still see my transactions on my normal linked bank account?
Yes. When you use your Neutron Card, that transaction will appear on your Neutron Statement in the App and a few days later on your normal current account statement.
Do I need to top up my Neutron Card?
No. Funds are pushed and pulled automatically from your linked current account. If you receive a refund, this will end up back in your current account
I pay for work related rent by Direct Debit, can I add these outgoings to my Neutron Card Statement?
Yes. Coming soon, when you login to the Neutron App you will be able to select ‘Direct Debits’ to see a list of all the Direct Debits on your current account. Simply tick the ones you want to add and Neutron will automatically put these into your Neutron Statement every month. Top stop, just untick.
I pay for work related insurance via Bank Transfer. Can I add these to my Neutron Card Statement?
Yes. Coming soon, you will be able to see all your bank transfers in one easy location within our App. Simply tick the transfers you want allocated to your Neutron Statement.
My Neutron Card is Lost or Stolen
Please contact us at Customer Support here and we’ll send you a new one. There is a small fee of £4.99 for a replacement card.
How does invoicing and One-Click payment work?
Coming soon, if you want to send your clients a short invoice directly from your phone, you will be able to do so at the touch of a button with Neutron’s app. Within the message your client receives will be a link and QR code for your client to click. This is a same-day bank-to-bank payment link. It allows you to ask for payment without having to type out your bank details, keeping your data safe and secure. A transaction fee of 20p + 0.65% is deducted.
Can I add my Neutron Card to ApplePay and GooglePay?
Yes. Simply follow their instructions for uploading your Neutron Card to the GooglePay or ApplePay service and off you go
What types of file can I create?
You can create PDF and CSV files. If you need to make changes simply upload the CSV file to Excel.
How can I share my statements?
Simply open your statement, click ‘Share’, and select your preferred option from the list. You can download the file, or automatically attach it to an email, or message.
Can I send more than one statement file a month
Yes, you can send as many as you like for no extra charge.
Can I split a restaurant bill between my work and personal statements?
No problem. Simply allocate the split between your two cards at the point of sale
How can I save on my work currency expenses abroad?
No need to top up or transfer, simply use your Neutron Card abroad in the local currency and receive market beating rates. Neutron customers receive a competitive 0.5% FX rate when you use your Neutron Card abroad plus fee free ATM withdrawals up to £500pm

Can I send money abroad at market leading rates?
Yes! With market beating interbank exchange rates and a small flat fee of 0.5%, sending money overseas is now even simpler and more transparent than ever before. Send between £100 and £20,000 per transfer from your UK bank to a EUR, PLN, HUF or USD account.
Simply log into your account via the app and use our money transfer calculator before completing a transfer.
Do I need to add currency or top up my card if I travel?
No! Just use the card abroad in the local currency and Neutron Card will work just as it would in the UK, giving you the best currency exchange rate and transaction fees available. Clever.
Are my transactions protected?
Transactions you make using your Neutron Card are protected by the Mastercard™ Chargeback scheme. This may help you reclaim funds if:
your goods do not arrive
your goods arrive damaged
your goods are different from how they were described
the merchant has ceased trading
